SELF QUARANTINE - COVID-19

      SELF-QUARANTINE


         To begin with, self-quarantine means staying in your home and not leaving for 14 days. Moreover, it also means do not allow visitors into your home or avoid mass gathering. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) explain that the practice of a quarantine specifically involves the separation of a person or group of people. Reasonably, people who believed to have been exposed to a communicable disease but not yet symptomatic, to prevent the possible spread of the communicable disease. In order to reduce the spread of covid-19, it is very important to do self-quarantine. These are some simple ways to do self-quarantine in order to prevent covid-19.
In the first place, don't leave your house unless absolutely necessary. Certainly,  people who are able to go outside are medical officer.You have to stay online on your phone or laptop for work or school.You need to restrict your activities outside of your home, including going to school, work, public areas or using public transportation. In brief, you need to avoid mass gathering. If possible, stay in a separate room and use a separate bathroom to protect your family. While there are no reports of transmission of the new coronavirus to pets, it's recommended that you limit contact with animals until more is known about the virus. This is not only just for protecting your own self but also the other selves. Pay attention to your health and others by staying at your home. 
In the second place, wash your hands often. For instance, wash your hands after blowing your nose, sneezing or coughing. Frequently, clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. It is important to wash your hands with soup.  A chemistry professor, Palli Thordarson mentions why soap is so effective. He said, the soap dissolves the fat membrane and the virus falls apart like a house of cards and 'dies', or rather, we should say it becomes inactive as viruses aren’t really alive. Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. In other words, avoid touching your face.
Last but not least, monitor your symptoms. Take your temperature to check for a fever. In addition, take note if you're beginning to cough or experiencing shortness of breath. You may or may not experience covid-19 symptoms (coughing, fever and shortness of breath) during your quarantine. Next, if you do begin experiencing symptoms you need to do these things such as wear a mask when you're around people or use common spaces in your home, cover your coughs and sneezes, wash your hands afterward, contact your health care provider or use telemedicine to seek guidance from home. 
You know how important self-quarantine is. There are some ways to do self-quarantine in order to prevent covid-19. For instance, don't leave your house unless absolutely necessary, wash your hands often, monitor your symptoms. Overall, in order to reduce the spread of  covid-19, it is very crucial to do self-quarantine.

How to Protect Yourself from Corona Virus

    
According to WHO, Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. Corona virus was first identified in Wuhan,Hubei, China. Usually, people infected with the covid-19 virus will experience a fever,cough, and flu. Coronaviruses are common and spread through being in proximity to an infected person and inhaling droplets generated when they cough or sneeze, or touching a surface where these droplets land and then touching one's face or nose. This virus is so dangerous, you need to protect yourself from it. These are some ways to protect yourself from coronavirus.
       Wash your hands frequently. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. It is recommended to wash your hands in 30 seconds. Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands. It is important to wash your hands with soup.  A chemistry professor, Palli Thordarson mentions why soap is so effective. He said, the soap dissolves the fat membrane and the virus falls apart like a house of cards and 'dies', or rather, we should say it becomes inactive as viruses aren’t really alive.
       Maintain social distancing. Social distancing or physical distancing is a set of non pharmaceutical infection control actions intended to stop or slow down the spread of coronavirus. Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. When someone coughs or sneezes, they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the covid-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease. In addition, in 2 weeks, we must stay in our own home to protect ourselves from this virus as our government said.
       Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth. Our eyes, nose and mouth are also key gateways for bacteria and viruses to enter our bodies. Hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated, hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick.
        Coronavirus  will bring you some dangerous effects. It  is very important to reduce the spreading of coronavirus, especially from ourselves first. Washing your hands, maintaining social distancing, and avoiding touching your face are some ways  to protect yourself from it. Be aware of this virus. Taking care of yourself and others.

HOW TO BE HAPPY

HOW TO BE HAPPY
 Happiness is an important thing to have. It is the thing that you have to pursue everyday. Different people will have different perceptions of the meaning of happiness. It can be enjoying your day, helping  others, being healthy or staying with people that you love. Some people think that happiness is difficult to achieve. However, these are some simple ways to bring happiness into your life.
If you want to be happy, then you must prioritize your health.  Exercise is one of the easiest ways to become healthy.  Exercise is a natural protection against depression. Even though a trip to the gym is always good, working out in fresh air is better. Try walking, biking, or really anything that will just get you moving. Another natural deterrent of unhealthy is sleep. Sleep makes you less susceptible to negative emotions and thoughts . Your mood will also be much improved with eight hours of sleep each night.
Another simple way is enjoying your day. It can be difficult, but you should prioritize finding  something that you enjoy. Try to find a situation where you can use your strengths, where you can experience some success, and where you enjoy your day. Getting out more, doing activities with others, and seeing nature in its splendor will aid you in becoming happy.  Engage in activities that you find completely absorbing. Ideally, you are trying to get yourself into a mental state known as “flow.” Such activities include creating something, participating in sports, cooking, writing, playing music, knitting, fishing, and sailing.
Besides that, helping others increases our happiness as well. Giving help can make you feel better.  Helping others has been found to boost happiness for reasons such as feeling more accomplished and feeling more self worth. When we are compassionate and caring toward others, we end up becoming happier in our own lives. Volunteer at the soup kitchen, mentor at-risk youth, or simply help a family member or friend.
If you are feeling sad, it is common if you want to spend more time with friends and family. Though it sounds everyday, it is  proven that having close relationships with friends and family will convert into more happiness . In fact, it is recommended to have people whom you feel close to in order to feel sufficiently happy.
There are many ways to become happy, or at least to become happier. However, those are the main ways, and the simplest. Being healthy, enjoying your day, helping others and staying with people that you love are recommended for you to boost your happiness.  They may be  the quickest ways to feel happier , also the most natural. This is because money cannot reproduce what happens within us in the most innate of ways. Happiness is the thing that we may produce with the little things around us. Every person should have it , because this thing is important in our life.
